  • Procure a lease for a new development, Five Newport, a 10 story, 285,000 square foot office project from the emerging Puget Sound businesses.
  • Client- a continuing relationship with Bentall US LLC

Objective

  • To obtain a financially viable tenant mix
  • Secure tenants to pay the proforma rates with market terms and conditions.
  • Negotiate leases with 100% occupancy scheduled at project completion.

Results

  • Prior to project completion all 10 floors were leased.
  • Negotiated and leased the 285,000 square feet at proforma rents.
  • Secured a financially strong single user, VoiceStream Wireless.
