Assignment

Pacific Real Estate Partners was selected from a pool of local and national competitors for the task of leasing 3 projects, Kirkland 118 Commerce Center, Redmond Heights Tech Center and North Creek Parkway Center. These 3 projects of office/industrial flex product consist of 13 buildings, totaling more then 400,000 SF.

Objective

Create a dynamic marketing plan designed to sell the features and benefits of each property and to maximize exposure to the brokerage community to achieve full occupancy at each property.

Challenges

The amount of competing space within each submarket, in addition to soft market conditions, contributed to the overall challenge of leasing each building.

Results

Using our vast market knowledge of each submarket, and our exclusive extensive tenant database, Pacific Real Estate Partners was able to lease to date, 91% of Kirkland 118 Commerce Center, 85% of Redmond Heights Tech Center and 61% of North Creek Parkway Center.
