Objective
Identify alternative buildings, analysis of both Portland and Seattle as location alternatives to provide the best economic and functional package for consolidating.

Results
A five year lease of a 70,000 square foot former Boeing Manufacturing building in Kent, Washington that had the required infrastructure of power, H-2 rated room and office space. The analysis showed a 50% first year savings operationally to stay in the Seattle market.
