  • AT&T Wireless has a 2,000 person growth requirement in the Seattle marketplace
  • Secure and negotiate corporate finance lease structures

Objective

  • Negotiate 3 new locations for immediate administrative functions
  • Develop a staged growth strategy that allows AT&T to secure space based on an staggered absorption schedule

Results

  • Have completed five (5) leases totaling in excess of 310,000 square feet
  • Currently in negotiations to lease/own in excess of 400,000 additional square feet
