Exclusive Representation to relocate the corporate offices of Gene Juarez.

Objective

Identify sites that were located along bus routes, provided an environment that had good access to freeway, amenities, parking and incorporating the corporate theme to obtain efficiency and improved working conditions.

Results

Negotiated a well below market real estate lease along the I-90 Corridor that included building signage, above standard Tenant Improvements and substantially lowered client's total occupancy cost over the lease term.
