Assignment

Pacific Real Estate Partners, Inc. was tasked with renewing or relocating Pacific Bag’s 25,000 square foot corporate headquarters within the Eastside market place over an 8 month period.

Objective

Focus on growth, quality of landlord, surrounding amenities and overall facility efficiency.

Challenges

As a subsidiary of Berkshire Hathaway, Pacific Bag had very strict relocation parameters. Pacific Real Estate Partners, Inc. needed to find a building with a corporate appearance in a warehousing/distribution market place. In addition, the parking requirement was very heavy for this type of use.

Results

A very efficient and functional 30,000 square foot corporate facility with ample parking at very low rental rates in the Woodinville market.
