Assignment

  • Locate 70,000 square feet for a new headquarters building in Seattle, Washington.
  • Sell their partial ownership in their existing building.

Objective

  • Negotiate a purchase or long-term lease that would enable PATH to locate all of their uses, including general office, laboratory and a testing shop in one facility.

Results

  • Completed a 70,000 square foot ten (10) year lease that was 20% below client’s objectives in terms of rent.
  • Negotiated a sale of their partial ownership in thier old headquarters.
