Assignment

  • Exclusive representative for client to evaluate alternatives for its office/production space
  • Assist in analysis to relocate from Redmond submarket to downtown Seattle
  • Assume lead negotiating position between client, landlord and legal counsel for all parties

Objective

  • Consolidate space from 14,000 to 8,000 square feet and gain efficiency
  • Provide a creative and inviting environment for up to 30 employees

Results

  • Leased 9,000 sf of office/production space on the 2nd floor of a newly constructed Class A office building.
