Local investor Sabey retained Pacific Real Estate Partners Investment Team to market the two –building office portfolio to national investors. The property in included a residential condominium component, which was not part of the sale, but required in-depth clarification to potential investors.
Objective
Maximize value through efficiency aligning the project with nearby Seattle CBD assets. Additionally, tenant sensitivity to this property sale made confidentiality and public relations a crucial element of the assignment.
