National investor Spear Street came to Pacific Real Estate Partners’ Investment Team seeking to dispose the 132,964 SF office building in Redmond. The Investment Team’s experience in the Puget Sound area and deep knowledge of market conditions were key attributes for being selected to market the property.
Objective
