Pacific Real Estate Partners, Inc. was chosen to exclusively represent Bedford Property Investors in a “quick” sell of the Adobe Campus in Fremont. The two-building campus total approximately 297,228 square feet.

To sell the asset in less than 60 days.

A short sale cycle (60 days) combined with a complicated ground lease.
Results
Due to a rigorous marketing campaign and our team’s aggressive approach to the sale of the project, the deal transaction was completed in fewer than 60 days. The sale yielded a GAAP profit of over $20,000,000 which surpassed client expectations.
