Create a dynamic marketing plan positioning the transaction as a core sale, maximizing exposure to key investors and leveraging the bid process to achieve a premium sale price.

Results
Our team took an aggressive yet thoughtful approach to this project and developed a strategically effective marketing g plan. Professional sales materials were produced and exclusive presentations were made to a selected, pre-qualified group of potential investors. As multiple offers were received, we carefully guided the bid-up process.
The investment team ultimately achieved five offers and moved the winning bidder $1.0 million higher than their initial bid.
