Assignment

Because of our knowledge and experience in listing a wide variety of properties, Pacific Real Estate Partners, Inc. was chosen to lease and sell a portfolio of five Eastside office/warehouse buildings totaling 105,363 square feet.

Objective

Create a marketing plan designed to cater to each individual property for leasing as well as for owner/user or investor prospects.

Challenges

Buildings sat empty in a market that had a 15% vacancy rate. The tight truck maneuvering and lack of dock high doors added to our challenge in leasing and selling the portfolio.

Results

Within one year we sold four of the five properties at or above the expected return on these investments. Three buildings sold to owner/users and two buildings to investors.
