Pacific Real Estate Partners was selected to exclusively represent the City of Bellevue in a competitive presentation process of 15 marketing firms. The assignment was to market for sale the 10 acre, 4 building City Hall Campus.
Objective
Conduct a broad comprehensive marketing program and create a bid sale scenario to achieve a minimum price of $20,000,000.

Within 30 days of kicking off the marketing plan we secured several highly qualified buyers and orchestrated a negotiated bid process which resulted in a sale price that exceeded the client’s expectation by 20%.
