Specializing in landlord and tenant representation of the retail industry, Steve’s diverse leasing background includes negotiating over one million square feet of traditional and ground leases, build-to-suits, air rights, and concession and management agreements. With over 30 years in the industry, his significant experience also includes cost control, construction, project management, acquisitions, dispositions and the development of more than $1.2B of hotels across the United States. Steve has also led regional and national expansion initiatives for Marriott Corporation, Country Harvest Buffet Restaurants, Inc., Coffee People, Inc., Port of Seattle, Starbucks Coffee Company and Qdoba Mexican Grill. A private owner of retail and office space, he has acquired more than $30M of real estate throughout Puget Sound on behalf of several limited partnerships. Prior to joining Pacific Real Estate Partners, Inc., Steve was a Senior Vice President and Managing Broker at Colliers International/Hodges Gilliam & Dana.
