Scott has been engaged in commercial real estate since 1985 and was a Top 10 producer for the Seattle Grubb & Ellis office 1987-1996. Joining Pacific Real Estate Partners, Inc. in 1996, he became a Principal and shareholder in 2007.

Scott assists corporations with the strategic development, implementation and execution of their commercial real estate plans and also provides underwriting, leasing and disposition services to developers and both private and institutional investors. Scott’s transaction activity has exceeded $580M in volume since 2004 and includes leasing, building and land sales as well as build-to-suits.
