Dan’s real estate career spans over 15 years and covers the local office and industrial markets, including leasing, investment sales and national site selection for retailers. Dan focuses on Puget Sound Investments particularly in the Southend market, and has a strong track record representing both buyers and sellers. Since 2000 Dan has sold in excess of $200M of stabilized investments and leased more than 1M SF of Class A office space in South King County.
