Representing ownership interests in the Seattle area for more than 25 years, Connie joined Pacific Real Estate Partners, Inc. in 2006 as a Downtown Seattle Listing Specialist and is committed to the continued service of Owner Representation. Over the course of her career, Connie has been involved in leasing transaction totaling over 3M SF of office and retail strip centers in the Puget Sound area.

Prior to joining the firm, Connie represented some of the region’s most prestigious properties and owners. Starting in the early 1980’s, she specialized in retail strip centers for six years before transitioning into the commercial office segment with First City Developments. Connie then spent nine years with Colliers International as the Leasing Manager for the Property Management Division of the Pacific Northwest, repositioning Seattle CBD Class B office towers with retail at the base. In the seven years prior to joining Pacific Real Estate Partners, Connie was the Leasing Manager for the Clise Portfolio where she was responsible for new leasing, renewals and related construction oversight.
