Tony joined Pacific Real Estate Partners, Inc. in 2006, after a long career as a commercial property manager of Class A office properties, handling many varied and complex lease negotiations in the Seattle and Bellevue markets. Working for development/management companies such as Wright Runstad and Hines, his commercial real estate experience spans over 15 years and incorporates property accounting, leasing and construction management. Tony specializes in tenant and landlord representation, bringing a comprehensive “real-world” perspective to his clients versus the theoretical understanding of a traditional broker.
