Kristin joined Pacific Real Estate Partners, Inc. as an Associate after five years at Cushman & Wakefield, where she oversaw all public relations, creative direction, strategic planning and major marketing initiatives for broker services. Kristin was instrumental in securing over 22 representation assignments including Waggener Edstrom Worldwide, Commonwealth Partners and Stoel Rives LLP.

Additionally, she managed the successful execution of several property-specific marketing campaigns including 200 Market Place, KOIN center, Pacific First Center, Bank of America Financial Center, 2000 SW First Avenue, 224 Corporate Center, OHSU/OGI Campus, Airport Way Business Center, 217 Distribution Center and International Way Business Center.
