Andrew joined Pacific Real Estate Partners, Inc. as an Associate in 2006 after several years at Grubb & Ellis. Specializing in leasing and sales Andrew represents manufacturers, distributors and 3PL’s, with a focus on the South King and Pierce County submarkets. His keen understanding of industry trends and the demands faced by both corporations and landlords combine with his listening skills to benefit his clients throughout the leasing and sales process. Andrew has managed over 75 leasing, investment, and build-to-suit transactions totaling in excess of 1.5M SF.
