Steve co-founded Pacific Real Estate Partners, Inc. in 1993 and brings over 20 years of commercial real estate experience to his clients, facilitating the real estate needs of corporations and firms on a regional and national scale. Over the past 10 years, he has represented clients in over 20 states. Prior to co-founding Pacific Real Estate Partners, Steve was an Associate Vice President at Grubb & Ellis Commercial Real Estate in Bellevue, WA and a Director at PaineWebber’s Institutional Bond Sales Department in New York City.

Over the duration of his career, Steve has represented numerous distinguished local and national companies and been involved in the leasing and/or sale of over 5M SF valued in excess of $1B.
