Paige joined Pacific Real Estate Partners, Inc. in 2006, specializing in disposition and acquisition assignments throughout the Pacific Northwest. With over 11 years in commercial real estate, her experience encompasses extensive work in acquisitions, dispositions and asset management. Taking projects from purchase through lease-up and sale, Paige has conducted due diligence, prepared financial feasibility studies, underwritten assets and developed targeted investment strategies. Her background also includes five years with regional developer Schnitzer West, the management of a 1.4M SF portfolio and the disposition of over $300M of commercial property.
