Chris has over 13 years experience in commercial real estate, specializing in the leasing and sales of office and flex properties throughout the greater Eastside and Seattle area markets. He joined Pacific Real Estate Partners, Inc. in 2001 and became a Principal in 2007. Chris has been directly responsible for lease transactions in excess of 6M SF and over $385M in sales volume.

Beginning his real estate career in 1996 with Cushman & Wakefield of Washington, Chris created the Seattle area Career Development Program, working in various areas of commercial real estate including property management, appraisal, research, financial analysis and brokerage.
