Joe joined Pacific Real Estate Partners, Inc. in 2007 bringing over 25 years of commercial real estate experience to the firm. With expertise in office leasing and sales in the Central City, Joe has been involved in leasing transactions in excess of 1M SF and sales volume valued at over $500M. He has been the leasing agent for high profile properties including the Brewery Block, US Bancorp Tower, ODS Tower, Bank of America Financial Center, One Main Place and One Pacific Square. Prior to joining Pacific Real Estate Partners, Joe was with Norris, Beggs and Simpson and Cushman & Wakefield of Oregon.
