Les began his brokerage career with Cushman & Wakefield in 1985 and during his 11 year tenure consistently achieved Top 5 and Top 10 honors. In 1996 Les joined ProLogis Trust, an international industrial REIT, where he focused on real estate development and administration of the 1.4M SF, $70M industrial property portfolio in the greater Puget Sound Region.

Les joined Pacific Real Estate Partners, Inc. in 2000 and became a Principal and shareholder in 2007. He serves his clients well with a diverse background in development, construction and property management. Over his career he has directed approximately 9M SF of leasing and sales and approximately 237 acres of land sales. Since 2005, Les’ leasing transactions have exceeded 1M SF annually.
