Matthew joined Pacific Real Estate Partners, Inc. in 2009 after beginning his career in commercial real estate with the CB Richard Ellis Asset Services group where he managed the property accounting, financial reporting, leasing and construction management of a 1.4M SF portfolio. Landlords and tenants alike benefit from Matthew’s broad experience with a variety of asset types and his hands-on knowledge of property performance and lease administration.
