Eric has served as Regional Vice President as well as National Acquisitions Manager for several of the nation’s largest public REIT’s (+$2B). These positions involved complete business unit accountability, including strategic planning initiatives, underwriting and financial modeling, managing and building teams, construction technique and cost analysis, knowledge of numerous national markets and trends, and an understanding of end-user requirements.

For over 23 years, Eric has conceptualized, designed, permitted and constructed over 34 individual commercial real estate projects, leased over 2.5M SF of commercial space, acquired over $270M in assets and divested over $120M in real estate.

Eric is experienced in many product types of commercial property assets including CBD and suburban office, distribution and flex industrial, healthcare, self-storage and parking garages.
