Joining Pacific Real Estate Partners in 2009 as a Vice President, Laura brings more than 15 years of diverse real estate experience in both landlord and tenant representation to the firm. Her background as a broker, in-house leasing representative and owner provide her with unique insight, benefiting her client base.

Beginning her career in 1992 at CB Richard Ellis, Laura later had a long tenure at GVA Kidder Matthews, specializing in representing both tenants and landlords in the greater Seattle/Bellevue market area. Capitalizing on this expertise she joined real estate firm Benaroya Companies as Vice President, Marketing and Leasing in 2003, where she leased several hundred thousand square feet of vacant office space during a difficult market. This led to the highly successful sale of Metropolitan Park and Park Place. And as an owner of commercial real estate herself, Laura has led syndications of multi-family housing properties in Seattle.

The depth and breadth of her experience underscores Laura’s understanding of her clients’ needs and her track record demonstrates her ability to strategically position and market assets effectively. Laura is a skilled representative and advocate for her clients’ interests, whether they are landlord, tenant or investor.
