Casey comes to Pacific Real Estate Partners, Inc. with a solid background in industrial leasing, sales and market analysis. Focused on the Kent Valley and Pierce County market, Casey started his commercial real estate career with CBRE as a market analyst, responsible for market research and lease analysis. From there he transitioned into brokerage before joining First Industrial as a marketing/leasing manager.

Returning to brokerage in 2008, Casey represents tenants and landlords, developing value-add solutions to diverse leasing, acquisition and disposition assignments. He has been involved in the lease-up and disposition of over three million square feet of industrial space and purchase and sale transactions totaling in excess of $100 million.
